Tyree Toadstool is a classic soft coral known for its smooth, leather-like cap and long, flowing polyps that give it a soft, feathery appearance. Typically showing a creamy tan to pale green coloration, it can take on a subtle glow under blue and actinic lighting as the polyps extend. This coral is hardy and adaptable, thriving in a wide range of lighting and moderate flow, which helps keep the polyps open and the surface clean. It will periodically shed a thin waxy layer as part of its natural growth process, after which it reopens even fuller. New frags may stay closed at first, but once established, they grow into a large, graceful centerpiece with constant movement.
Please note this is not a WYSIWYG listing. Photos are a representation of the shape, size, and color of the coral you will receive or the colony from which the frag originates.
